Sharing Your Experience
Tacking Down a Memo

 The purpose of this page is not just to complain. We want to be Fair and Balanced. Many usually complain. Although complaints may be valid as we will investigate together. We also are looking for Community Leaders and Most important the Public Community Staff that went out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one.
 Here at Bobby's World we belive that although there are a few bad apples in this world,  God has place beautiful people who truly are never acknowledge and truly care. 
I would sure like to see our Public Community Staff also uplifted .
In our world it does not matter what position you hold, everyone in this world is important.
If you would like to share your experience please send a brief comment explaining your situation.
If your experience is chosen, we will place a picture if you choose and your experience on Bobby's World.  PLease take down the following information  while going through your experience. Always have a paper trail or recorded trail to prove your side of the experience. Especially if it was a bad experience. Please provide the following information;
  • Agency
  • Contact Names
  • Dates
  • Times
  • A brief summary about your Experience
  • If you leave a recorded  message record the voice recorded on the voice mail and the message you left them.  ( best way to record is Press speaker )
  • If you are speaking to them you must have their permission to be recorded. If they choose not to be recorded in your notes place you requested there permission to be recoded. Also Place they denied.

You will need facts  and a trail of going up the chain of command if the situation was a bad experience. As you provide detail we will set up a page that will share your experience in your own words. If the bad experience is able to be resolved during the investigation we will suggest that the experience be noted yet presented as resolved. 

Our purpose is to make our community public services better. We are trying to bring not only complaints to our Goverment but solutions.

Let's try to give our public team solution and Ideas not only complaints...

Also remember we will be focusing on the conduct and the performance of the staff member who assisted you.

How long did it take for the public service staff to respond?
Every agency has a time to respond if they do not respond with in that time they should be reported.
But also remember if we are going through a hurricane or there is an emergency taking place please as a consumer be understanding of the situation.
